Why should I become a Registered User?

You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise. Also you can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time. We’ll keep track of the items you’ve already put in your shopping bag so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. Note that placing items to your shopping bag for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.

Is your website secure?

Yes, our site is secure. On any page where we ask you to enter personal information, we use secure socket layer (ssl) to encrypt the communication. You can confirm this by seeing that the http:// changes to https:// in the browser address bar, and you will also see a lock icon in your browser. Happy Shopping!

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Where does this store ship from?

We ship out of Hermosa Beach, CA which is part of Los Angeles County.

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 7-10 Business days. Customer is responsible for return of the item, and tracking is highly recommended as we are not liable for lost packages. Items must be returned in the same condition as which they arrived. Store credit will be issued on returns/exchanges. We can not guarantee an item will be in stock for an exchange. Once your returned item(s) is received it will be processed within 3-6 business days and at this time you will be issued a store credit in the price of the item or items you sent back minus the shipping charges that were paid to get the items to you. We are not responsible for the return shipping charges at this time but hope to make this happen in the near future.

All Sale Items are Final Sale

*Please make sure you check your item as soon as it is delivered. We check each item for damages before it is sent out and we will only give replacements for damages if you contact us within 3 business days of arrivals.

Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for refund and will be denied:

  • Intimates, underwear, socks, tights, swimwear, earrings, hair accessories, body suits and beauty products
  • Returns received after 10 days of the original shipment date
  • All items marked “SALE”
  • Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains
  • Items damaged by scissors. If y0u open your package with scissors please be extra careful as we can not replace this item.

Haute L.A. reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this Policy at any time without notice.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do! Please message us first if you are outside of the USA.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 4 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. All orders placed after 1pm on Friday will ship out on the next business day regardless of which shipping method you chose.

What does backorder mean?

Backorders are orders that are waiting to come in from the manufacturer. Backorders can take 1-4 weeks to be shipped out.
