Haute L.A. will process your order within 1-2 business days after receipt and confirmation of payment. A tracking number will be sent to the customers email address. Haute L.A. processes and ships all orders Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. Please note we do not require a signature for your package to be delivered. If you would like signature required for delivery, please make note in our comments section at checkout.
All items will be fashionably gift wrapped in tissue paper and tied with a ribbon or other cute decal. A Haute card is also included.
International shipping charges are based on destination. To determine the cost, please add your selected items to the shopping bag and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping costs on the review page of the checkout process prior to finalizing your order.
**All international orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. At this time Haute L.A. cannot accommodate return items. All international orders are final!**
All international orders must be placed on an international credit card which we can verify. The shipping and billing address must be the same.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Your privacy is important to us… please note that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Think Her! provides shipment and product information to our international carrier. This information may be communicated by the carrier to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
All shipments containing gifts, will be marked “Gift” and the item value will be stated directly on the package in accordance with customs authorities requirements.
Refused Shipments- If you refuse any shipments from Haute L.A>!, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Haute L.A! Please note: This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Shipments of 3 pounds or more will be recalculated and customers will be advised of new shipping cost.

All customers have 7-10 days from the day they receive their package to email SHOP@hautelaboutique requesting to EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE or RECEIVE STORE CREDIT. Shipping and handling will not be refunded.
There are no returns or exchanges on Bikini’s or ON SALE items.
All Pre-orders will be charged upon placing the order to insure the customers placement in line.
There are no returns on international orders. All international sales are final!

For your security, please return your merchandise with an insured courier and retain your receipt since Haute L.A is not responsible for items damaged or lost while shipping.
All exchanges and store credit will be made after we inspect and verify the condition of the item(s).
All of our items have been carefully inspected prior to shipping. Items which have been opened, have signs of wear or without original tags will not be accepted. Please return items in its original packaging if possible.
